Less than a month after Aaron May closed his two restaurants, Sol y Sombra and Autostrada at DC Ranch in north Scottsdale and shelved plans to open three other restaurants in Scottsdale, he's back in the game with yet another restaurant planned for - you guessed it - Scottsdale.

The Alltel Ice Den at 94th Street and Bell Road has announced a second location of May's Arcadia breakfast spot, Over Easy, slated to debut later this month. Just what the skating-and-entertainment center needs: monster breakfast plates that might threaten to have skaters cracking the ice after eating May's "Wolf Pack" of two eggs, bacon and cheese between layers of hash browns.

May, meanwhile, still owns the Lodge in Old Town Scottsdale, with its beastly Sasquatch burger of a half-pound of Angus chuck, oceans of cheese, crispy bacon and fried onion sticks stuck between two grilled-cheese sandwiches shiny with butter. He's also still has plans for Phoenix, with a noodle house and Mexican restaurant as part downtown Phoenix's CityScape project.

Oh, and if things stay on track, May will also be opening yet another restaurant in Scottsdale. Mabel Murphy's, no date yet announced, will be at Main Street and Goldwater Boulevard in Old Town.
